Groups EC-II Men & Women announced

Our men’s and women’s national teams can start their preparations for the European Championship II this year when the opposing teams are announced.

We are delighted to announce that the groups for European Championship 2 have been released for both our men’s and women’s national teams. It is great that both national teams will be competing in the second stage of the European Championship. Our women’s national team will start this year’s program in the coming weeks and has its sights firmly set on the European Championships in July. 28.2-1.3: Women’s kick-off weekend in Lucerne

Women’s team takes shape with new direction

The appointment of Jorge Nolte as the new national coach marks the start of a new chapter for the Swiss women’s hockey team. Nolte, known for his energetic approach and strong focus on the mental aspects of the game, will be supported by an experienced coaching team. Linda Haussener will take on the role of assistant coach, while Bruno Sousa will play a crucial role in tactical analysis as video operator. Constance van Asselt will provide organizational support for the team as team manager.

The Women’s European Championship II will take place in Gniezno, Poland, from 27.7.25 – 2.8.25.

New year brings new momentum ins Herrenprogramm

The men’s program is looking to move forward this year with plenty of opportunities to compete with the rest of Europe. There will be healthy competition for the squad as some experienced players retire and the success of the U21 program gives players the opportunity to fight for their spot on the squad.

The men’s team will begin training in the coming weeks and then prepare for a fiercely competitive European Championship with some exciting test matches just before the tournament.
