The U14 regional teams form the first level of the Swiss Hockey Pathway and serve as the entry point into Swiss Hockey’s performance-oriented youth development program. Here, the most talented players born in 2013 and 2014 encounter a regional development environment for the first time, where they compete against the best athletes in their region, gain new inspiration, and lay important foundations for their future in competitive sports.

For this important role, we are seeking dedicated Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the 2026/27 season in the East, Central, and West regions. As a coach for the U14 regional team, you’ll do much more than just lead practices and tournaments. You’ll serve as a mentor, role model, and guide for young talents during a crucial phase of their development. You will develop technical and tactical skills, instill values such as respect, team spirit, and personal responsibility, and inspire a passion for competitive sports.

We welcome both experienced coaches and ambitious up-and-coming coaches who are looking to take the next step in their coaching careers and are ready to take on responsibility in a performance-oriented environment.
